#Apple Music - is a feature in my get more plan. Was working until it was removed by the rep. (She was not listening) and now my device is reading incompatible.
Kikinana, we always want for you to be able to enjoy all the features of your plan fully. Allow us to apologize if this is not occurring. May we get a few more details from you. Please fill us in further on where you are getting the error message pop up. Is it showing this on the main screen, in the music app, etc? Do you still have the Apple Music feature listed as one of your features in your My Verizon account?
