There is bad voice and data reception for the apartments at [removed] in Cambridge Ma that face in the direction of the Charles River, also in the large park by the river, and for cars along Memorial Drive. I believe the large brick buildings are blocking the signal from the Verizon antennas in Harvard Square. Could you look at redirecting an antenna in the area to improved service? It impacts hundreds of your customers and has been this way for years.
