I have received an email with the following:
"Your account has exceeded the monthly data allowance and used approximately 90% of the data overage for this month. You may be able to avoid data overage charges by increasing your data allowance before the 21st and selecting that the change be backdated to the beginning of the current bill cycle."
I left the US over 4 years ago and don't recall setting up a Verizon account when I was there. I therefore don't have a mobile number to enter to look at my online details. There doesn't seem to be a real person I can speak with or email address to write to. I am rather concerned this is some kind of identity theft and want to put a stop to it!
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thank you
Miranda

The account information should be in teh email as well as the last 4 of the phone number using the data. The account number can be used to open the account by customer service.
Or someone is using your email address on their vzw account.
