when I upgraded the phones the global calling plan was removed for current month instead of following month and I am being charged extra instead of global calling plan rates . I have been waiting for a decision for 3 weeks and I do not have a case number or reference for a claim . Even when I call now agents is asking me to wait 10 days and do not provide an answer when I mention the bill is due . Frustrated with service and not happy upgrading the phone …. Been a Verizon customer for many years and the service has not been good this time round…, spent 20 hours to upgrade 2 hours with a customer rep
Reps are judged by repeat calls within 7 days and to a lesser extent, the first 2 hours. Enough calling in will get someone to take things more seriously.
