Billing Dispute for Charges on a line never registered nor activated

Okay so I lost my phone and got a replacement through Asurion(Tot. Mob. Prot.) and to begin with I was having a very hard time trying to activate my replacement device on my account. It wouldn’t allow me to remove the old device and somehow it gave me TWO NEW NUMBERS even tho I just needed to transfer my service to the replacement device. 

Long story shorty they’re trying to charge me $265 and my bill is usually $120.45… 

I would like to know if there’s a way possible that I can remove those unauthorized charges to my account bill before I am forced to pay for a device and service I did NOT receive NOR ask for.. 

 

NOTING SINCE I HAVE LOST MY PHONE VERIZON AND ASURION HAVE GIVEN ME A HARD TIME.

LAST MONTHS BILL WAS ALLEGEDLY $628 for those 3(TWO WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR) lines on my account… 

ALSO NOTING THAT THOSE TWO LINES THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR WERE DESIGNATED FOR THE REPLACEMENT PHONE! MEANING I WAS BEING CHARGED TO ACTIVATE TWO LINES THAT WERE ‘FOR’ A PHONE THAT HAD BEEN ACTIVATED UNDER THE SAME NUMBER, LINE, AND SERVICE
