Billing issue!

Changed my price plan halfway through the bill cycle and was advised we'd have 7.5gb remaining to use by Dec 3, with $15 per GB if we exceeded this.

Received text on last day of bill cycle stating we'd exceeded allowance by 4gb and would be billed $15 per GB for this excess data use.

Was prepared for about $60 of data overage charges. Bill arrived and I've been charged over $180 in usage (data) charges!

Please advise! Bill is due soon & I don't want to incur a late fee. Thanks.

call custoemr service and see what they can do  all plan changes should be back dated to avoid this typoe of issue.  maybe they can rerate you?

It was an upgrade, retail said they couldn't backdate.

What did you find when you looked at data usage discrepancy?

Retail made a mistake.  They should of back dated thats not yoru fault they couldnt.  You will have two different colums on your bill with data usage.  one is a set for first part of month and second is for second part of month.  you should add those together.  so if they add together and the total was say 12 and you should of been back dated to a 10 gb plan but they did it on demand  you technically should of only been charged 2 gb of overage.   well lets say first half you were allloted 2 and you used .5 and second half yoru were alloted 6 and used 9.5  wel you were still under 10 total so I would think they would have some way to help you out
