How can I get a hold of someone at Verizon that will help me. I was over billed $535.61 by the Apple Valley Minnesota store. I just get run around every time I call every email every text message.

 My latest correspondence has told me to kindly wait 10 to 12 days to see a possible resolve. I have twice sent my credit card information and my Verizon billing is plain to see. How can I get a hold of someone that will help me? Please please please please please help!

On 9/26 the Apple Valley MN store charged me $535.61 twice for one Sony PS5. They charged my MasterCard once and they charged my Verizon account once. I have since returned to the store and gotten no help with this. I’ve left several messages for the store manager  Tim, he won’t return my calls. I made an appointment with him he canceled it. I need help, how can I get a hold of someone that will help me. Please help. Please help please help! How can I get a hold of someone that will help me? Please help!

You mentioned being charged on your Verizon account, have you received a bill that reflect these charges, yet?
