WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Firstly DUSTIN IS THE MAN TO AVOID WHEN SHOPPING HERE.
My SO had had an account at Verizon for many years. I was a t-mobile customer
Dustin swore he could get us in and upgraded and me switched over for an amazing deal
Mind you. I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted. We are both fond users of Samsung and I explained to him if I was to be getting any new phone it would be a Note10. My boyfriend just paid off his phone mind you and didn't want an upgrade. We were simply there to switch my service provider.
Dustin slammed Samsung (and iPhone!) The ENTIRE time saying it was trash and he has an LG phone and it's exactly like the Samsung but better. I told him i love my stylus and Note features. He PROMISED I wouldn't lose anything to LG that Samsung hadn't previously provided.
THAT WAS HIS FIRST LIE
Dustin proceeded to bring us TWO LG V60 Thinq phones. Told us they were BOGO and the dual screen case came free to us both. Mentioned they could take 2 weeks to come in.
NOW IT GETS GOOD. PLEASE KEEP READING.
AT THIS POINT I TOLD DUSTIN. My main concern is losing all my important stuff ie. My contacts and obviously my pictures.
HE PROMISED ME EVEN TRIPLE CHECKED MY PHONE TO "MAKE POSTIVE" EVERYTHING HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED PROPERLY.
Mind you all he had to do was plug the phones in to transfer data BUT NO he did it his way, barely letting me touch my own phone once he started activating a service we never even said yes to.
So now he's got us trapped right? He now comes out trying to finess me out of $200 worth of protective gear for our new phones that are supposed to come with free cases AND HE'S GOT A SAMSUNG TABLET HE TRIES TO ADD TO OUR PLAN. Excuse me...didnt you just trash talk Samsung for the first hour I tried telling you I want a Samsung phone????
Okay let's fast forward to him taking my Tmobile phone, dodging my questions about credit to the account and what happens to my tmobile account now. Nothing. Nothing but a vague "you don't have to worry about it anymore"
OKAY..
So I buy the $50 screen protector he swears on his life is better than the one I purchased from ZAGG
Doesn't give us half the promotion. Doesn't tell me about the Disney promo. Doesn't explain my bill. Sends us on our way.
First thing first the screen protection Steel360 didn't last 5 minutes in my home FACED DOWN ON MY BED I pick it up and it's got a gouge half the length of the screen. Yes a GOUGE not a scratch....um...okay?
Not to mention I'm now locked out of all my apps like Wish, Amazon, Chase, Dunkin, Starbucks, Venmo because I am no longer verified by phone number or Samsung device...
EVEN BETTER TO PUT THE TOPPER ON THE CAKE
I'm now in my photos and nothing is there from after 2019...mind you I am a first time mother and I lost MY ENTIRE PREGNANCY BECAUSE OF DUSTIN AND HIS garbage. I LOST ALL 6 AND A HALF MONTHS OF MY PREGNANCY. ALL THE ULTRASOUNDS MY BOYFRIEND WASN'T ALLOWED TO COME TO. ALL THE PICTURES OF MY SON. LOST. FOREVER.
WE HATE YOU DUSTIN 
Now I'm seething in rage and bawling my eyes out. It's too late to go back that day so we go back as soon as they open next day. 830am
Get my day started with a "short staffed. Can't help you. Come back around around 1030/11am..."
"Um.no."
So we had to leave. Come back. Speak with the manager Matt. He orders the Note10 I wanted. Applies a BOGO and tells me no one in the state of Arizona has these phones but they will be here guaranteed Monday and he will switch everything back.
Mind you my pictures are lost forever... I now have a screen protector on a phone I won't have. It's now Monday and I found out my package wont be in till Wednesday.
ALL I HAD TO DO WAS UPGRADE MY PHONE FOR FREE AT TMOBILE AND NOW IM STUCK WITH VERIZON FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS. DUSTIN CAUSED ME SO MUCH GRIEF AND UNNECESSARY STRESS AND HEARTBREAK.
Now my bill is higher than it was at tmobile and i still dont have the phone I asked for.
Been calling and transferred numerous times. Disconnected. Death hold. No help.

You had the option to say no. None of that sounded like a corporate location either. The transfer stuff gives it away -- you would have been told to transfer yourself since that can be a liability.
