Block picture and video messaging

So I blocked picture and video messaging on two of my lines in my account. However, I am still receiving and can send pictures. I don't know how to fix this issue.

Have no fear, Verizon is here saltersd3. I'm confident that we can get this issue resolved for you. May I ask what make and model device do you have on the 2 lines on your account? For example, if they are iPhones and they use iMessage then the blocks will not take affect as iMessage uses data to transmit. Can I assume that the device(s) are using the stock messaging service? If not then please advise of the 3rd party app so I can investigate for you.
