On Saturday, I set up five blocked phone numbers pestering us with unsolicited calls. today I tried to check if one of the numbers called us today and all I can get to is a screen asking if I want to turn on call blocking? I received an email confirming the blocks.
how do you get back to the account info showing the blocked numbers?

When you logged into MyVerizon, did you click on Manage Family Safeguards & Controls, then see a screen with Call & Message Blocking? If so, can you click on View Details and Edit in the upper right-hand corner? If you don't make it to that Details and Edit screen, you'll need to call Customer Service. I ran into that a month or so ago; there was some sort of glitch in the system and they had to reset the call block feature on two of my phone lines.
