We definitely want to ensure all unwanted calls are blocked, JOADUC26. The community offered great advice regarding blocking calls. If the number that is calling you is potentially an international number, our Family Base service can help block that 11-Digit number.

Blocking unwanted calls is a nice feature. We allow blocking up to 5 for free. Please use this link:https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/safeguards/SafeguardProductDetails.action?productName=c.... It will provide all the details that you need.

Joaduc26, we certainly want to address your concerns. To clarify that the number appears only xxx-xxx-xxxx? The previously provided link gives you the capability of blocking up to 5 numbers free of charge. Did you have issues with accessing the site?

How did that not answer your question??

You asked how to block a number and the rep provided a link where you can block the number.

Otherwise you can call to customer service and block it that way as well....

....

The blocks via My Verizon are for 10-digit numbers; the OP states they are trying to block an 11-digit number.

I didn't realize there was an extra "x".

Weird, the OP posted after me but it put the message before mine so I didn't see the clarification either

Anyhow, block the first 10 number's as I don't believe the last digit will even matter. I could be wrong, but if it is showing as 11 digits there is something funny going on such as spoofing. Either way, block the first 10 digits and let us know if that works.
