Armando, my VZW CSR today was amazing!! He answered every question with the correct answer, he provided a line by line of our new plans even though not authorized but couldn't have asked for a more experienced and patient CSR today. He spent 3 hours and 45 minutes on the line with me today. He deserves more than a pat on the back, he is an asset to your company, and would hope that is acknowledged.
He gets a 💯 in my book not just a 1-5, 5 being the best excellent service. So thank you Armando for great customer service provided today
