Many times I have received calls from unknown phone numbers, they turned out to be spam, but those calls are not showing up in the call filter log. Why?

We are here to help, and we can certainly assist with your spam calls. Were these calls filtered out using spam filtering such as Verizon Call Filter or another spam filtering service by any chance?
