I would find it useful to have a feature that would allow me to block my cell phone number but show my name on the caller ID of the person whom I am calling. I am a physician. I work in a clinic that has more than 12,000 patients. When the clinic is closed on nights and weekends and I am on call, many patients call with various concerns. If I call them back with my phone number not blocked, some of the patients keep my cell phone number and then inappropiately call me directly at all hours when I am not on call. If I block my phone number, many of the patients assume the phone call is from a telemarketer or some kind of spam and they don't pick up. If the patient could see my name without my telephone number they would answer the call but would not have my cell phone number in their phone for future inappropriate use. Can Verizon offer such a feature?

We definitely understand the desire for privacy. We don't have a service that will block your number but allow your name to show. Have you considered a second line specifically for business?
