Caller ID Shuts Off By Itself

I subscribe to Caller ID.  I PAY for it.

When I check the Caller ID icon on my Phone 7, I frequently get this message:  "For Call ID to work it needs to be turned on".  I go to Settings, Phone, Caller ID, and it's turned off.

I've NEVER turned it off.  Why would I do that?

I turn it back on, and in a week I re-check it again and it's turned off again.

Any thoughts on why it does that?

DMG741, that is very strange that the Caller ID feature is continuing to turn off. I am here to assist. I see that you stated that you pay for the Caller ID. The standard Caller ID feature is free. Are you referring to the Caller Name ID feature? If so did you take the proper steps to set it up?
