How do I get Verizon to change my caller ID? It shows up as a wrong name when calling land lines. I have called their customer support and was told about "Shared Name" but that has had no effect. Can anyone from Verizon Wireless assist or does someone know how to repair this problem?
I have the same problem. My name is correct in the share ID app and it shows up correctly when calling other cell phones. It shows up as my ex's name when I am calling my parents and mother in law's home line..their land line. Verizon can you please fix this?
