Can I change the status of a stored message to unheard?

For voicemail if that's what you're referring to there isn't an option after the message is played to mark it as new or unheard, it could be replayed if the save option is selected tho

You can't close a community account. You can't delete your own posts. You can abandon it by not logging into it anymore.
