Can I change how many rings before voicemail picks up?

Is there a way to change how many rings or how long a caller must wait before the call goes into voicemail?

I have received complaints from customers that it takes too long.

It's set by the system at roughly 30 seconds and can't be changed.  Sometimes using a different ringtone helps.

If anyone from Verizon ever reads any of these posts, maybe they could call AT & T and ask them how they can change this setting, since Verizon can't figure it out.  This per Verizon "technical support".

We would like for you to have this option. FCC regulations prohibit us from having this as an option.
