I'd like to joing Verizon this Friday and I was wondering once I'm fully activated if a customer service rep can change my billing cycle? Of course this doesn't have to be done right away, I just wanted to know if it's possible. I'd rather have everything reset on the 2nd of the month which is what I'm use to.

You can. Usually takes 1 billing cycle to go into effect.

Ya know, I was going to say wait, but it cant hurt to ask the day you sign up, so you only have one month of prorations. If you do it later, you will have two cycles with prorations.

I would ask on the day you sign up - let them know you'd like your cycle to reset on a specific day, if at all possible. That way it would be right from the start.
