I’ve been trying to purchase two Apple watches on my plan for the past couple days over the phone, with no success. I’ve been routed between the sales department, customer service, and finance with no resolution. I was told that I am unable to purchase the watch on the financing plan due to some past due amount. As far as I’m aware I am current and I am currently paying for two phone and I am current with my bills. I’ve been routed between the different departments over and over and pushed to the general hold line. Some of the customer service agents were good but I had a couple agents just route me just to pass me off. Please help!
