Can't receive calls

I can make calls, send and receive texts and browse the intertubes, but I can't receive calls. Every time someone calls me they get a message saying it's not a working number with error code "14 SWITCH 532-5". Help?

Did you recently port over your number? Are the people calling you, using the full ten digit number?
