I can’t recieve calls and this has been going on since I transferred from one Verizon account to another one. I’ve spent 80+ hours at Verizon and all they do is a quick fix. They have replaced my iPhone 13, rebuilt my line and tried switching plans. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve missed really important calls and yet nobody can fix my problem for more than 8 hours. Im paying for a service that I can’t even use. Im about to switch carriers because of how awful customer service is and even when I worked with tier 2 support they gave me the run around.
