About a week ago, I began having trouble when I call someone. When they answer I cannot understand them. because they are breaking up. I even tried to call *611. But I can not make out anything being said. My calls are also being dropped. At one point today I tried to make some calls and It would not even connect. I am in Tularosa, New Mexico. I even went to the Verizon Store and they did not even try to help me with this problem. They advised me to call *611 when I got home. My service was good in Alamogordo, Nm which is 15 miles from here.
We know how much our customers rely on their service, DONCAL0. We regret seeing there has been an issue lately. Our stores referred you to the customer service number of *611 since the stores do not have technical support agents on staff. Have you been able to contact someone at that number yet? If not, we can gather more details to get to the bottom of this for you.
What is the signal like on the phone? Is the issue only happening at home as far as you can tell? Are any other Verizon users having the same issue? Does data seem to be working well on the phone?
