For the last several months I have been maintaining around 1-2 bars basically everywhere I go. I did not have that issue before, service was actually to brag about. It's hard to even have a call in my home now without my phone being choppy. It is also doing it to my husband's phone. I hopped on and upgraded our plan yesterday, hoping to get some relief, but still the same. Has something happened? We use our phones to run our business and we depend on them to not fail us. Why else would we pay so much. Hopefully someone can help or bring some clarity.

I know you need service to run your business. I am a consumer myself so I understand being able to use my device. I would love to help to see what is going on. How long has this been going on for? What is your nearest intersection? -Amber

2-3 months, and nearest intersection  is Francis Ave and Bailey Ave.
