I want to cancel my Verizon service but I still owe on both of my devices. If I were to cancel tomorrow, would i be able to make payments on the devices still instead of having to pay them off in full all at once?

For a more concise official ruling you can refer to Verizon's Device Payment FAQ: Device Payment FAQs | Verizon Wireless

See item 8 under "Installment Agreement and Payment": "If you disconnect a mobile number that has an active device payment agreement, the remaining balance of that agreement will be due on your next bill."

You have to pay the balance in full. You can't make payments.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
