I want to cancel my Verizon service but I still owe on both of my devices. If I were to cancel tomorrow, would i be able to make payments on the devices still instead of having to pay them off in full all at once?

See item 8 under "Installment Agreement and Payment": "If you disconnect a mobile number that has an active device payment agreement, the remaining balance of that agreement will be due on your next bill."

You have to pay the balance in full. You can't make payments.
