I placed an order on December 7, 2021 and as of Sunday December 12, 2021 it had yet to be shipped. I contacted sales and it was decided to cancel the order and do another order to pick the phones in store locally so a cancel order ticket was created. It has now been over 48 hours since the cancel order ticket was created and 1 week since the order was placed and the order has not been canceled and nothing has been shipped and without the order being canceled I cannot place a new order to pickup locally. This is to say the least very frustrating. How can I get the pending order canceled?
I have been working with a great person on the sales team trying to help with this but he has also not been having any luck canceling it
