I am a college student who has a smart phone with Verizon. I pay nearly $100 for my service and it's getting really expensive for me to continue with Verizon. I am now considering cancelling my service but can't find anything about canceling my plan on the MyVerizon website. Where can I obtain information on how much it would cost to cancel my service? My contract ends in 2015 and I doubt I can wait that long.
Thanks.

Click the Customer Agreement button at the bottom of the page. The ETF for a smartphone is $350 minus $10 for each full month of your contract term that you've completed.
You'll have to call Customer Service or visit your local Corporate Verizon store to cancel; you can't do it on-line.
