I purchased a Verizon Prepaid phone at Meijers last night. I have spent over 2 hours trying to activate it.
The phone says, 'Your device cannot be activated. Please visit your nearest Verizon Wireless store or call customer service at 888-294-6804.'
I call customer service and at no point is getting a person an option. The online menus are no help at all. There is no online help to activate a phone that has no phone number.
I am about done with Verizon prepaid at this point. I have a separate paid account; but this prepaid terrible.
