I have been trying for 4 hours to add airtime to my prepaid plan that I set up at Best Buy this afternoon. The *611 number say technical difficulties. If I'd have known that there is no phone support whatsoever I would have never signed up with Verizon. Can someone point me to a phone number where someone will answer the phone if you don't already have an account?
Thank you. I was finally able to add the airtime
by calling the Sales number. The customer service
number is impossible to reach unless you already
have an active account, and apparently even
though they ported the number to my phone, and I
could call *611 with it, they had not activated
the account. It was a 5 hour process to add
Now I cannot register with myverizon. I went
through the steps 1/2 dozen times, it would say
it was texting a PIN number, but the text never
arrived. Finally it started saying my account
could not be created, I assume because I tried 6
