I have bought 3 separate wifi security cameras for my house. I've had problems with all of them when I try and connect to my router. The second one would not take my router password. Sent that back. Now I have bought two cameras because they were on sale and I figured that if one didn't work, the other might. BOTH of them would time out as they tried to connect to the router. I was told to bring the camera close to the router, so I literally sat it on top of the router and they each timed out. I tried to sync them several times, unplug them, reset them, scan the QR code, etc.
Since I've had issues with three different cameras that have received great reviews on Amazon and also were "easy to hook up" and "took minutes", I'm beginning to wonder if it's my router. Could it be out dated? I don't know what to do.
