As of last week I lost the ability to text a number on AT&T. Previously we texted fine and I still receive all messages from her. She just cannot see/receive mine. All other AT&T numbers I can message fine. Both have restarted phones and reset network settings. She cannot receive messages from any Verizon customer currently. AT&T is zero help.
tbailey85, if you are able to send and receive to other users with that carrier, than it is something with that user's line or service. Your sevice is working as it should on our end.
