My Disney+ subscription expires soon and when I go to remove it from my account I keep getting an error that says "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." I've also tried on the MyVerizon app and get a similar error.
Seriously Verizon? Why even offer deals if you're not going to let people cancel when they want to just so you can charge them extra? I've searched for the answer to this question on the forums all night but Verizon never seems to solve the issue they just tell the poster to expect a private message so I am posting here out of desperation.
Verizon, you need to do better there is no reason an error like this should persist on your site especially when its having a negative impact on so many of your customer experiences. Not happy at all with the way you're handling this.

Mods here have nothing to do with the website. Verizon also took away rep ability to cancel Disney+ so I wouldn't advise waiting 40 minutes on hold to be told to cancel through My Verizon. Either try from another device or on another day.
Same problem happening for me. Can't cancel Disney+ and can't get a hold of a representative. Why would this issue keep persisting after more than a year? Makes me want to leave Verizon for these petty things.
