What is going on here?! Zip 02657
We have 7 Verizon prepaid phones that have been up and down (now 100% down) since early evening. Nearly everyone we ran into earlier was also down (postpaid and prepaid). Now most seem to be up.. but not any of our 7!
I dial one, and am told that the number isn't in service. I dial the others and they either go straight to voicemail or they ring but one side can hear nothing.
EXACTLY what is wrong, and EXACTLY WHEN will this be fixed?! Our entire taxi business has been shut down by this.. on one of our busiest weekends of the season!!!
Seems that I was wrong. More than 60 posts on our town board about service still being out, yet you're still telling people that you know of no problem? And when I try to call you I get a "your call can't be processed at this time" message (23 times so far!) Get this fixed NOW!
