As an existing member I have a wireless plan for $50. Next month that same plan is $10 cheaper, Does Verizon wireless price match with that same offer? Are we entitled to that same price? Or as existing customers, do we just simply get charged that extra $10 a month?
if we are not allowed to get the same price, I would like to see a term or agreement where it states that.

What is the exact name of the plan that you have and are you on a contract? Where did you see the new lower price plan and what is its name, description and restrictions?
The plan is called “play more limited “ I pay $55 and online on Verizon’s website same plan is $45

Searching 'Play More' on the VerizonWireless site only brings up 'Play More Unlimited' with the pricing below. Are you able to take advantage of the Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount?
Our price plans are a pre-determined amount. We do offer things like employee discounts, and our auto pay/paper-free discounts on select plans but aside from that, they're priced consistently across the board. EstevanC_VZW
How many lines of service do you have with unlimited data? Do you have autopay set up with a debit card or checking account? Do you have paperless billing set up?
If you have Play More Unlimited on your account, you are eligible for the current pricing. Verizon has a sliding price scale depending on how many lines you have on your account and whether or not you qualify for the autopay discount.
These details are helpful, crivera14. In order to receive the pricing that you're referring to, your account must be enrolled in Auto Pay and paper-free billing as shown under item 4: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/auto-pay-faqs/ Let us know if this helps to clarify.

You either don't have the same number of lines or not doing autopay with a checking account.
Nothing special about those plan prices for new or existing customers.
