For nearly a year, we've been experiencing call drops and dead zones in Fairport NY where there is either no signal or 1 bar. In addition, unexplained call drops are also occurring. This happens on both 5G and LTE.
I've called Verizon and have gone through the device triage, which confirmed cell or connection problems. I've also visited the local Verizon store which confirms the issues with cell tower coverage.
