***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Cell tower issues in Fairport, NY

For nearly a year, we've been experiencing call drops and dead zones in Fairport NY where there is either no signal or 1 bar.  In addition,  unexplained call drops are also occurring.  This happens on both 5G and LTE.


I've called Verizon and have gone through the device triage, which confirmed cell or connection problems.  I've also visited the local Verizon store which confirms the issues with cell tower coverage. 

Here's hoping this reaches someone who can help address the issue
