I was told twice two different days that I could keep my existing $45 everything plan as my wife upgrade to a smartphone. I was told that I could call customer care order my phone and they can keep me on same plan. this was on 3/22 and 4/5. I called to order phone and have them keep me on the existing plan and was told it expired on 3/12? There was nothing they could do and my wife plan would go up if I change. I should have left when I could. I may just plan the cancellation fee and leave

Hello fourrr. Sorry to hear about the different information that you received with regards to the $45 promo plan. With regards to that plan, and your wife's line, did she have that package at the time you were looking to upgrade? Did she have a basic phone, and was upgrading to a smartphone? We definitely want to see you both happy with your service, and would like to do what we can to properly assist.

I was thinking of leaving because of price if my wife upgraded I couldn't
afford it. When you had the promo unlimited calls, text and 250mb I stayed
and got it. On 3/22 and 4/5 customer told me if my wife upgrades from basic
to smartphone she would stay with same plan I had to order it through
customer care and they would make sure the plan stayed the same. (It would
be grandfathered). When I called they said that was not the truth?

there were technically two different plans, same exact things included but one was for smartphon and the other for basic, meaning two diff "codes" so when phone changes to smartphon it doesn't just switch cuz its considred a diff plan. but that promo did end and i was going to get the plan but it was not enough data for me. the rep i talked to said that its a limited time and that siwthcing back and forth between basic/ smartphone would requires some sort of reqest sent to a corporate dept. called a pricing request or something.

Why won't NicandroH answer me back she is the who said she wants to see us
both happy and wants to properly assist me? I don't understand why verizon
is willing to lose a customer. I am told it is a different plan but it is
not. It may have a different number but the plans are exactly the same for
basic or smartphone
