I spent almost 90 minutes chatting (mostly waiting) with Anthony. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he could not do that... then I asked again, and he said to hold on... I waited and waited, when the next person came on it was not a supervisor but another agent. Verizon had me over 90 minutes waiting to talk to someone.
They already will not offer me deals like I am a new customer, now they do not want to talk to me, and I have been a customer for over 20 years?
Why would you treat a loyal customer so poorly.
