On October 10 my device was cloned by someone. Verizon suspended my account when they noticed the huge number of international calls. I had to purchase a new phone in order for Verizon to restore my service.
Today my phone is once again locked. Now it will not even allow me to call 611. I have to go to work. I work outside and will not have a computer in front of me. I need someone from Verizon to call me on my cell phone and get this problem taken care of. I already have spent in excess of 6 hours dealing with the cloned phone on October 10 and was assured by Verizon that the new 4g phone would be trouble free.
I disappointed to hear that this continues to be an issue. We do want to get this figured out. I have sent a Private Message; please respond with the requested information.
