Verizon clearly removed a tower over the summer, as service in and around my town has been abysmal. I did not get anywhere with a customer service rep about this. How can I find out more information about towers no longer operational? Any other advice? So annoyed, since I give them a pretty penny every month for what? Not good service, I can tell you that!
