I am a long time verizon customer. The reason I stick with verizon is the good service they provide. Eventhough I am satisfied with the level of service they provide the pricing structure for longtime customers make me think about switching to other service providers. Verizon itself offer a lower price to new customers. They provide a lower price for me when I call them and complain, but once the contract period ends the price will be jackedup. I think verizon have a moral responsibility to remind its long time customers about the expiring contract. Verizon please remember , your competitors can win your long time customers like me if you don't consider compatable prices.?
