I would like to file a formal complaint about the Verizon Switch Department. I have spent the last almost 5 months going through a lot of phone calls and people within Verizon and spent lots of hours trying to get my issue sorted out. I have finally gotten my issue resolved, I suppose, but I would love to put in a complaint about a specific person within the Verizon Switch Department, as well as the overall service (or lack of) that this particular department has provided in the last 5 months. Where can I file a formal complaint?
