On Sunday, August 03, 2014, at approximately 1:00 p.m., I visited the Verizon store located at 8063 Brewerton Road Cicero, New York 13039 to get a phone activated. The female who assisted me was excellent and handled this task quickly and without issue. As I exited the store and was walking towards my vehicle a young Fios Sales Rep named Brian said “Sir would you be interested in Fios?” I stated no I’m not interested and kept walking. He then asked “Is there a reason you are not interested in Fios?” I stated no thank you I am just not interested. He then said in a snide matter as I was walking away “Oh that’s a real good reason” I turned around and asked what did you just say to me? He said “oh nothing” and started walking to a vehicle which was a (removed). I repeated to him what he had said to me and asked him what his problem was. I told him that’s no way to sell anything. I asked him his name, he stated Brian, and kept walking to his vehicle. I told him not to go anywhere because I wanted to talk to his manager. I entered the store and spoke briefly to an Assistant Manager Steve. I told him to come outside quickly because Brian was walking to a vehicle and I wanted his actions addressed. Brian walked towards us and was acting like he didn’t do anything wrong. I asked him why he was walking away and he stated “ I wanted to get away from the situation” I was not happy with this Brian guy and told Assistant Manager Steve that I want him to handle the situation and that I would be following up with it. I do not know if Assistant Manager Steve addressed the situation as I was leaving.
I was very happy with the service at this store as I was leaving and was disgusted with the actions of this Brian. He in basic terms was being a (removed) to me and I didn’t appreciate it at all. If this is the kind of people that are working in this store, I see a drop in sales in its future. I would expect that this follow up will have another follow up with the actual manager of that store. My contract with Verizon is up in December. If nothing is done and this whole situation is overlooked, I will have no problem switching companies and spreading the word about what kind of people work at this store. I looking forward to hearing something back from Verizon.

Fortunately, you've done everything you can, which is speak with the manager of the store. It's company policy not to release company employee discipline or information, therefore they won't tell you whether anything was done with the situation, and rightfully so. If you feel this is justifiable for you to leave Verizon Wireless, so be it.
(Removed) but did not reply to the email. No surprise there. Companies just don't care anymore. Why do we give our money to these people?

I give them money for PCS service. If some punk kid chooses to be an idiot, I'll overlook it. I don't have time for it, and the easiest solution is simply leaving him without commission.
