USPS address, phone number, and all sorts of ways to contact Verizon Wireless are located in Contact Us | Verizon Wireless.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Contact us? How on God's green earth is that ever going to happen. If you call the phone number listed for the store locations or the one listed in the hits for "How do you talk to a live person" the automated prompts always end up with a sorry message. As far as I can see as long as you keep paying your bill Verizon could care less about letting you talk with a live person or anyone at the physical store locations. Verizon will be happy when we exist in the MATRIX.

It's pretty simple actually.
If you would like to speak to someone in a store you press "3" when it says to purchase a device or service (get it, sales = sales rep?).....
If you want to speak with someone at customer service you dial the number and follow the prompts..... Works for me every time, but I guess I am not trying to bypass the system by pressing random buttons to get me through, I simply follow the prompts....

Horrible experience! I have used Verizon for over 10 years and do not appreciate the way I have been treated. I made a payment arrangement and when I called in to pay by check the system offered for me to post date the check so I did. Now I have received a message saying I missed my payment so I called in to explain I post dated the check within the time the system told me I could. The billing agent said I was fine and there were no issues. Then another agent got on the phone and began threatening she was going to turn off my services unless I make a second payment. I then tried to explain to her what happened and the other agent said I was fine but she just kept saying she was going to shut me off. Looks like I am shopping for new services today.

Hello, I'm not sure it's worth the time since I've already wasted MANY hours with Verizon (I literally cannot wait to cancel this account), but can you please provide an email address for complaints? I will not sit on the phone or explain the situation again. I have spent HOURS on the phone and repeated the situation at least 4 times. I am switching service as soon as possible but would at least like someone to understand how abysmal the customer service is at Verizon.

There is not an email address for complaints.
All of the contact methods were in fact mentioned earlier in the thread....
