Yea, I saw those methods for contact listed, I asked for an email address from the Verizon representative in hopes that there WAS one and it just wasn't listed.
Gotcha. Sorry, those are the only available methods...
That is odd that there is not an email address on their contact page.
I guess the only way you could get an email address is after you talk to someone
from Verizon that is high enough up to have one.
It saddens us to hear that you want to venture elsewhere, Jess1977. Sorry to hear that you had to spend hours of your time on the phone and still feel unsatisfied with the support you received. However, we don't have a direct email address for you. The best option would be for you to call into our customer service support by dialing 800-922-0204.
