How do I file a complaint? I've been given multiple different statements about my account and payments. Along with the representatives being rude then hanging up on me over the phone and when I use the chat they give responses at first to say they'll help then they either don't respond anymore (and I've waited for over an hour) or they ignore my question and give me a copy and paste generic statement. It's rude, disrespectful and all I was trying to do was get help.
