It has been over a year since I switched from AT&T and took advantage of a promotion where I would receive $300 trade-in credit for my old iphone 6. According to my bill, I was only credited $100. I made at least 3 calls to customer service, and each time they said it would be fixed and to wait a couple months before I saw it on my bill. I just recently called again because the credit has not appeared and the customer service person basically told me I was out of luck and they are not honoring the promotion. This is terrible customer service and I'm extremely disappointed. I am definitely reconsidering changing carriers when this current contract is up.

Just my opinion but seems your getting the run-around don't bother us and wait and hope we do as claim or hope you forget drama other people are having this same issue on here recently not sure if anyone got resolve or not

I purchased an iPhone 11 in November 2019 as a brand new Verizon customer switching over from AT&T.

That’s exactly what is happening. I call, they tell me they will “handle it” and I should see the changes on my bill in a “month or two.”  Nothing happens, I’m never contacted one way or the other, and they just hope I forget about it. Considering my plan is $118/month the $200 is more or a moral issue to me than a financial one. I’m also stubborn enough to change carriers over something like this which is an insanely stupid financial decision on their part.
