I would like to compliment a Verzion employee and hopefully get him recognized by management. His name is Quinley, at the Verizon store in Downingtown, PA. He treated my elderly mother with great respect. She came to the door right at closing and he stayed after the store was closed to help her with her "old school" phone problem, probably knowing that there was no sale coming, as it was user error. But she felt so well treated she made me promise to write a note of commendation. Thank you, Quinley!
