Constant lies with no help from CS

A Verizon sales agent said all 5 of my phones qualified for an $800 trade-in. He convinced me to get all phones upgraded. Now I have been on the phone with customer service and online chats as Verizon is not honoring what they promised. Agents on the phone say don’t worry you will get your $800 per phone credit and it’s in the notes on your account. Then when I do a chat since I don’t have hours to spend on the phone everyday they say my plan didn’t qualify and I would only get $440 per phone. So aggravating and dishonest. Thousands of dollars and time due to lies.
