My contacts keeps duplicating -- I'm up to more than 33,000 - how do I correct? What's the easiest way to delete and only keep the actual contacts I want/need? The Tech at the store had no idea what happened nor how to fix it.

Wow! I'm not sure I could keep up with half of those contacts in my phone, MARTRE15. Let's get this problem solved.
First, can you please tell me what phone you have? Are you contacts loaded in your phone through Cloud, or another application? Please elaborate so we can better assist you.

Thank you so much for the details. I can help you resolve this. With your Galaxy S9, head to your contacts and select more or the three dots on the top right corner. From here you can select Merge contacts. A list will appear. From here you can manage your contacts and merge the contacts as you need them. Let me know if this works.
