I'm having difficulty finding a place on the VerizonWireless page to submit feedback on a local store. Where can I give this, aside from a phone call to general Verizon support?
I've been a long time customer since 2006, and don't upgrade very often. When I do I tend to know exactly what I want. Unfortunately the local store I went to tried to pull some shady tactics on me, such as misrepresenting the retail price of the phone I purchased, offering services I had no interest in and forcing a purchase of screen protector, battery and case. The sad part is that the case I wanted comes with a screen protector built in but the sales rep installed one anyway.
It would have been far easier for me to order online and wait a week, paying less money and experiencing less aggravation that going through this particular store.
Other than that, my Verizon services utilized have been rock solid for many years.
